Day 3: Tuesday

Kaye came back today from visiting her family in Amerika, so I am happy again. It seems I've forgotten how to live alone. Aside from missing her like peanut butter misses white bread, all my good eating habits go out the window when she's gone - I think I cooked once in ten days. Ate toast and sandwiches and lots of cereal. (I'm not admitting to the big bag all dressed chips).
We dated long distance for two years before she moved here. Never want to do that again. You spend your whole life missing someone. Married is much better. We'll be married three years on September 18. God bless Canada for being Canada, we've never had a moment's problem - and since we're married, I was able to sponsor her to immigrate here. It's strange to think that the US doesn't recognize our marriage. Hopefully one day.
